Every hour we look for owners whose wants fit your instrument and whose instrument fits yours, including three-way trades routed through a partner luthier.
Both sides verify their ID and sign the same trade terms, snapshotted with the full spec. A deposit of X% is held until the trade closes.
Film the packing with your trade code in frame, or use a store's pack-and-ship receipt. It ships insured for its declared value.
You get 72 hours to film the unboxing and check it against the signed spec. Accept and your deposit comes back. If it doesn't match, your video opens a dispute.
You pay a completion fee on what you send, only once the trade closes, and it's capped. Here's what each side pays on a $5,000 instrument.
